Motorcraft double platinums, or fine wire platinums are the best plugs to use.
There is no advantage of the Screamin Demon coil pack over Ford's EDIS coil pack. Matter of fact, the Screamin Demon is less reliable than the OEM coil pack due to no reliability testing.

"is less reliable due to no reliability testing". MSD doesn't do any reliability testing to determine failure rates like Ford's electrical component suppliers do.

once again you contradict yourself... you say its less reliable, yet we dont know for a fact that it is because theres no testing... so it 'could' be less reliable or far more reliable....

You need to read up on reliability testing! It is also known as life testing.
This includes tests like T&H, temp cycling, and HTOL.

Do a google on: MSD ignition failures

I think this more than confirms how unreliable MSD aftermarket ignitions are, but this applies to other aftermarket ignition part companies.

Now, check out MSD's "support" site.....notice that they require a RMA (Return Material Authorization) before you can return your "dud" MSD ignition!

And now, for the real bad news! An aftermarket ignition coil (or coilpack) can distroy your PCM! In this case, MSD Tech Support didn't even reply to this
guy!!!

Monkeycrap(Motorcraft) is always a safe way to go in Fords......we get alot of driveability issues when different plugs are used........
