is the torsion bar in? that might just be fighting you. try to jack the lower control arm up so that the the balljoint will slide in.

its the same diameter right?

i just did mine yesterday and it went right in with one wack it was also the secont arm that they sent me because the first one was the wrong one compare it to your old ball joint to double check that they are the same size because it should not be giving you that much trouble

Yes the torsion bar is in. We are jacking up the lower control arm but its fighting us like crazy.

before you but that ball joint in did you clean out the inside of the spindle and also clean it out with a small wiza wheel or you could even use some sand paper but make sure it is clean and smooth on the inside of that

that bottom is pretty hard to move but that upper should move eassily those bolts should be in but not tightened on your frame. once that ball joint is in (hopefully) then tighten your bolts above if that doesnt work

I think you have the wrong upper control arm. It looks to me like a 2wd coil spring one. Go back to the auto parts store and return it.

If I'm mistaken, I appologize, but it looks exactly like a 2wd coil spring one.

Take a pic and I'll tell you 100 percent, I know they tried to sell kevoo the 2wd coil spring one.
