You will have to run the linkage for the clutch, probably through the frame. That is going to be a PITA! Other than that, I believe it is a straight bolt up transfer. Since you do have a 4x4, I am not sure if the transfer case will bolt straight up to manual trans. Do you have a married or divorced transfer case?

You'll need a 4.0L 4x4 M5OD-R1 or M5OD-R1HD manual transmission to match the 4.0 bolt pattern and 1354 T/C. Besides the clutch disc, flywheel and pressure plate, you'd also need the clutch pedal, clutch switch, clutch master cylinder with push rod, slave cylinder and hydraulic line. I'm not sure if the starter is different auto to manual. You'll need to source a manual PCM from the same engine/year or have the auto PCM reflashed to eliminate the electronic trans functions.

To do a complete conversion, you would also need the manual column trim and steering lock parts and the PRND21 blanking plate for the cluster.
