help please!

Okay so im tryin to sell my 97' F150 4.6L and today i have some people coming by to look at it, so i thought i would clean up the engine a little bit with some of that "Engine Degreaser" and i sprayed it on and waited then washed it off, now my truck idles and runs like crap! it seems to want to hesitate and want to die on me at an idle, and it seems to have a loss of power when im driving it, what could it be and what should i do before the people come today?!

Check to see if you got water in the pug wires between the wire and the plug. Also push in the wires at the coil and plugs. Then check for any vacuum hoses that are not connected to anything.

Yeah, check and dry off your coil pack, leave the hood open to dry in the sun.
