so remember the "doubletime blinker" finally got it fixed tonight. i stopped by my friends that has a tester and stuff. i took the bulb out and just had a hunch to put it under the magnifying glass. turns out the lower filament (spring looking thing) came off one end of the pillar. (which is what happens when they blow) but it came off and soldered itself to the pillar for the higher filament (running and brake light) like seriously. one in a million. that explains why the running light would work off that 3157 but in that SAME bulb, the blinker would not go. huh. hopefully i explained this well enough for you to get a picture of what im talking about. its the funniest thing. ill try to get a picture up tomorrow. couldnt do that again if i tried. heres my interpretation lmao
as for the light...i know exactly what your talking about because the same thing happened in my 98' dakota
