Should I get 93 Wheels polished, or dipped?

I have my winter wheels and tires on right now, so my 93 Aluminum Rims and Summer tires are back in storage

Here is what the wheel looks like

Last year when I had them off, I decided to try to clean them up myself. I used aircraft paint stripper to get the old clearcoat off the rims, that were all corroded underneath.

Problem with this, was it took the paint off the inside sections of the wheel. So those inside sections are now stripped of their paint.

I sanded the wheels with 6 different grits of sandpaper, and then polished them as best I could. They definitely were much better then when I started, but not up to my standards. (I didnt reapply clearcoat, just polished them with Mothers, and a coat of Xymol wax .. they held up good all considering)

Now, should I just go at it again with sandpaper and polish again? Or should I think about having them dipped or repainted? My Ranger is that Metallic light blue, so wondering what in the end is going to look the best. Either the shiny metal of the rim? Or maybe a nice Frosted Grey?

What shall I do !?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Should they be sandblasted at least first?

Problem I created, was that the ac stripper took off the paint on the inside "spokes" of the wheels, and look like crap (you cant polish that part)

Who would I take them to
