I need some measurements from 98+ 4x4 trucks.

Im looking for some measurments. I need the distance between the ground and the BOTTOM OF THE DOOR on the following trucks.

Stock 4x4
bodylifted 4x4
Superlifted or RCD 4x4
double lifted (superlift/RCD and BL)

If you have one of those trucks and want to grab that measurment it would be appreciated. Please also list your tire size with the measurement.
