front end problems...

So i just replaced my upper ball joints about 2 months ago and the passenger side ball joint casing is already busted. And also there is an annoying rattle on the passenger side as well. but i had new tie rods and all ball joints replaced not too long ago also new shocks. Any ideas what could be causing this rattle or busted ball joint???????

defective part? got a warranty? replace it. Did you get an alignment after you put those uppers on?

Inner tie rods?? Wheel bearings??

heads up: either make a signature or put in your thread info on the truck. For example: '98 2wd XLT Xcab ranger. Thats what i've gathered from your avatar.

That's all I can think that would help. I only went through lower ball joints when the truck was lifted with the spindle lift and after I lowered my inner & outer tierods and wheel bearings needed replacing. I believe you are the same Luke I sold my lift kit to at Steak n Shake. I miss the height, but I like my 35 mpg on the hwy

Ohh ya i remember that. that was a while ago man.
but i got my bearings repacked and everything including an alignment. but i just noticed it after the alignment and i replaced the ball joints before the alignment so if might have been that bad and ruined it for the couple weeks it was misaligned?
