5.0L Tranny????
Hey,
I have a 1988 short box 2wd ranger that i'm dropping a 5.0 into, I was going to use a Mazda m50D-r1 but have swap to AOD tranny, I have now found that my drive shaft will not fit into the output shaft. I was going to get the drive shaft from the f-150 donor truck and used the slip yoke from the drive shaft on my ranger drive shaft,,,any ideas? and I missing something?

thank you the links, that has most of the info i was looking for. I would guess I should get the whole donor drive shaft just in case the ranger one is to short. I think the dude wants to same for the yoke as he dose for the whole thing
