I've been using my E-brake alot lately Since I got my trailer. And now any time When I get in the truck and go I have to hit the gas for it to go. I can get it up to 1700 rpms before the truck finally starts to move, and at first it feels like it sticks then lets go then sticks then lets go. The truck doesn't role on its own either in gear. Any ideas on how to fix it? Will I have to open up the drums?

mine is pretty bad also, im gonna end up replacing the cable and the drum hardware inside.....well thats if i keep the stock setup, i may just do the mustang discs
