Well that wasn't so hard afterall. I'm not sure what color they call it? The key tag from the dealer said beige but I think it is more meatlic looking somewhere between silver and gold, almost brassy?

PaintScratch lists that color as being "AQ - Arizona Beige Metallic Clearcoat".

PaintScratch Touch-Up Paint (rs), Spray Cans, Spray Paint, Paint Pens, Car Paint, Automotive Paint

Looks good. I'm not much of a fan of the raised roof canopy's, but this is one I actually like. Are both side windows stationary? Could you post more pics of it? Make, model, options of your topper too please.

Sure, thanks for clearing that up. The rack on top I'm not crazy about. It is a Bell product. It has hexagonal shaped studs that connect the frame to the roof and they're rust covered. I expect to be dealing with that in the future.

So far I can say it is and XLT with a 2.3L at 100,000 miles. It just had the head replaced because it had a valvetrain noise and the dealer said it was easier than shimming it (his fix at his expense). I believe the side windows move. The front to the cap is currently rubbing slightly against the cab window rubber so it has an annoying squeak. My son already tucked some felt into there. I guess something large slid forward and bent the box a little.

just a rag works really well to dolve that squeak.

anyone think it might be better to ount the rack upside down on the inside? the cap would look better without it, wouldnt need to seal the holes, and you get a rack you can hang things in the bed with, or a shelf to tie things down on top of to keep them out of the way in the bed.

haha....actually I was asking about the canopy/cap/topper whatever you wanna call it. Brand, model, options, etc. lol. I'm sorta in the market to get myself a canopy down the road. Just shopping ahead of when I'm ready. lol

there is no brand label on the cap, nowhere i look anyway. pretty sure its fiberglass, one window on each side is stationary (the forward window) the rearward ones slide behind the front ones. sliding window facing the cab, twin locking handles on the back glass window, even though one lock is broken for me
