09 emblems on 04 steppy

I painted some 09 badges i had a F*CKING hard a$$ time getting the originals off good thing these are larger. I used a flat head and a towel and goo gone. I under stand the alignment holes but what is that huge hole for? I also painted my center caps and the tiny FORD ovals i took apart and painted those dark dark navy as well i couldnt find black touch up paint.

Looks good. Shoulda used a heat gun to get the old ones off haha

Looks good... but the door lock cylinder sticks out like a sore thumb!

**** i keep forgetting about that damn thing, bumpers are all peeling so im hurculining them and the tips might get done flat black powder coat

Id sand the door lock with some 220, mask off the area, prime it with some metal etching primer, then top coat it with several light layers of black paint... atleast 5 coats.
