33s and winch

finally got around to posting these pics. i got the 33s about a month ago and been running them since then. 2 were bald and 2 were good. i was able to find 2 new mtrs localy for 150 bucks. they came on 15x10s but i swapped them onto my 15x8s so i can air down without having to worry about loosing a bead.

also got me a free 8000 lb ramsey winch. cant beat that deal. i found some plans on here and made a mount.

anyways here are the pics

Nice!

I am not crazy about how far the winch sits out through. Looks like you would kill alot of approach angle. But beyond that, atleast you have one lol!

i have plans for a winch tube bumper in the next month or so. i will be cutting that mount back about 7 inches and tucking the winch up between the frame rails and making the bumper off of that.

it does hurt the approach angle a bit but i built it stout enuff so it will support the whole weight of the truck plus take a beating from rocks

flip the hooks over, that way a strap can't fall off, or half way off like one of mine did and the hook put a nice hole in it.. that and it'll help approach angle a weeeee bit.

i hated how much it stuck out.. i was always getting hung up, then again i play in rocks.
