Thanks, yeah Courtney Hansen. OMG amazing, she is so hot and so cool in person, and I talked to Chip Foose for awhile he is really cool he was telling me the story about when he was my age he had a 68 Cougar XR7 and he was impressed that I restored my own car.

 

Very nice Cougar dude. And the car ain't bad either! Haha... j/k. I don't know if Courtney is really a cougar yet or not.

Anyway, looks like a sick time. Looks like Stacey David got the good seat right next to Courtney.

 

I miss Stacey David from TRUCKS! After he left the show went to poop. Your paint job on the cougar reminds me of Bumblebee from Transformers Movie. Very Nice!

Thanks guys, I have put alot of time in the car and it really means alot when people appreciate it. Yeah Year-One is in Braselton Georgia and that is where the show was held. It was really a fund raiser show for a illness that I can't remeber the name of but basically when the child is born they age rapidly and Chip Foose's cousin I belive had it so that is why they put on the show. It was a big honor or be there. They are going to continue this car show and I am definatly going to go again.

 

i like how u kept the original washer bag, does it work? is that a universal "monte carlo" bar (ties the shock towers together)?

only thing i can suggest would get an autolite battery cover to make it look 100% day 2 (meaning mods that would be done the second day the car was owned).

 

Yes the bag works, and the bar is made for a mustang or cougar and works great it is amazing the difference in handling. I can't use a Autolite battery with the stereo that is in the car trust me lol. It is a full comp stereo.

 

Have you seen his Gearz show? I like it, he doesn't do just trucks any more he does a lot of different cars and trucks. Its cool

thoes monte carlo bars work wonders, i had one on my 68 mustang, and it worked very well



one thing that might help you in conjunction with monte carlo bar is the one piece export brace

 

my dad has a 67 cougar aswell, and i showed him your car and he loved it, his is on its way to being restored, but factory restored not show like yours

 

Sweet, yeah the export brace is something that is on my list to get soon in the future, and that is good to hear that another cougar is being brought back.
