Whats the average profit you make on the rangers when you sell them? If you don't mind me asking.

 

Well it all depends. The major factors are, what I have to pay for the truck and what parts I have the truck needs. In the case of #23 I got it cheap...500! but the motor was locked up, the bed was rusted bad, the tailgate was shot, the passengers door was rusted on the bottom, the valance was missing, the grill was broken and I have an ABS light to deal with. In this case I had a motor, bed, and door. I bought a certifit valance and grill and a used tailgate. I had the paint. So as far as what I have in it is not that much if you ignore the stuff I had. Say 700 ar so...give or take. But I have some labor involved. KBB values it at a low of 3500 and a high of 6600 so lets say I sell it for 3500 for a quick sale, I made around 2500-2800 for my labor and investment... Now if I had to buy a bed, door and motor that would have changed things plus I had to pay for the trucks they came from so its not easy to say I made this much...lol And every truck is different you pay more or less and they need different things. Some just don't bring good money. Like #22 I only got 2650 on ebay and it was a nice little truck.

haha theres a guy in vancouver(washington) that has like 10 in front of his house. i was impressed until now! lol.

totally random question but truck #9(the white edge)...ya have it still? i've been scavenging jy's for a stock white grille/header panel with no luck(mine was cracked so i'm stuck with my chrome one lol. if you would be willing to part with it PM me PLEASE!!!
