SOOOO SICK...i love it man... looks bad a$$

 

ok, do you have any trouble w/ them fogging or anything? and are they the ones off ebay that were 100 bux? i asked about them on f150online and was told that you get what you pay for and to just spend the 2-400 for good OEM lights like the harleys or a good aftermarket brand.

I took them apart to paint the reflector so I sealed them up myself anyways, if the lights even fog up you can re seal them yourself in no time. Lots of guys on here have the same problems with aftermarket taillights lol. Everyone on F150online seems to get their panties in a bunch when it comes to solving problems lol. Seen a guy on there make a thread asking if a supercrew will fit in his garage... I'm stickin with R-F

 

Yeah F150online kind of sucks. Only good thing is the super active classifieds. It can't even compete with R/F or FTN.

 

Oh ya I agree there, I got my scangage, bed cover, ipod connect, and extra set of tails off that place for some good deals

 

Here's the '09 emblem with inlay... looks good from 5' away... I'm not sure how it will look on the truck though...

 

Yeah I've gotten dash tray, used bilsteins, tailgate bar, backup camera and my weathertech floor mats from there.

 

That truck is sick. Love the black/chrome tips.

 

I like how yours turned out, you can tell you trimmed the inlays a little bit. The ones I've seen looked like they were maybe a bit too big. I think they'll look real good on the truck

ok. now i feel better about buyin the harley knockoffs. idc about namebrand, 98% people wouldnt even know the difference unless you told them. id rather spend 100 bux for the knockoffs than 400 for the HDs. if they do fog, how do you get them apart to reseal them?

 

Did you nightshade the ford oval on the tailgate? that's a swweetttt *** truck dude!!!

 

You can just run a bead of silicone around the light to seal it up, I'm not one to yell at people to use the search function but I know there is lots of guys who've had problems similar to that on this board and F150online so there may be other solutions and definitely more input on the subject. If you ever want to take the headlights apart just search headlight mod on either of these forums, it's the same deal.

I painted the ford oval black, then put on a black and dark shadow grey overlay on it
