Boredom and boltcutters

So me and a friend were bored and I've noticed a chained off area with a decent sized wooded area behind it on my quest for wheeling areas. So I did what any normal person would do. Drive rite up to it in broad daylight ,cut the chain and drive rite in. The entrance is rite off a 4 lane main road btw lol

Its nothing special, don't really feel like destroying a brand new truck, just have some fun with it. Wasn't even in there for an hour.

Flexin a bit

Climbed up a pretty steep hill and was pretty amazed how well the Ranger powered up the hill. Until I got to the top and realized there was a 6 foot crater. Yeah I know probably should a looked 1st.

Ill be in there again sooner or later, was way to much fun.

A 'normal person' would have asked permission before destroying private property.
If that had been my chain you cut and I caught you , your butt would be in jail and I would be sueing for damages.

And I'll be the first to flame. It was chained off for a reason, meaning YOU WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE IN THERE!!!

Common sense, some have it some do not.

ya man i wouldn't have went in there if it was chained. but i cant say anything. when i was 14 we used to always move the tree blocking the way to the power lines to ride dirtbikes. but there was a guy that had a private track in his backyard and he would always let us ride on it :)

It doesn't matter if there a chain, gate, open gate,or nothing at all. I was told my a LEO that unless YOU own the property or have PERMISSION from the owner you can and will be arrested for trespassing and charged with any damages you caused.

Thanks to people like you I have no places I can offroad anymore close to home.

Put this in perspective.

25 years from now, you've retired, got a nice plot of land and someone cuts a hole in your fence. You may or may not have live stock, or you just want to keep people from tresspassing on your hard earned property. How would you feel?

Either way I probably would have rethought posting an admission to destruction of property and tresspassing.

But no need to keep this thread open, the point has been made.
