you can't really make a how-to on something like this.. he can give us dimensions if he feels kind enough but the rest would be up to the fabricator.

 

yeah, hes completely right. i used a angle grinder, mig, and jigsaw. Thats about it. I also had to walk away from it alot if you catch my drift.

its going to be awhile on the plans for it. i have some **** i gotta get going on.

Sorry to bump an old thread but good lord... That thing SHAMES mine. Excellent work. The one I designed is fairly close to that but not nearly as clean (my fault, not the guy who actually built it.) I know what mine cost and I would easily slap down $750 for one of those.

 

That bumper is sweet! If you get around to posting the plans I would like a copy. I want to make one for my truck.

i still plan to. i just started grad school and have some things im trying to get wrapped up so i have more free time.

when i get a free moment here and there will write down the measurements, then maybe go in illustrator and make a mock up with dimensions on it.

oh, cam- yep it can accept a winch. i have a receiver hidden behind my license plate.
