Yeah, i'm still deciding if I like the location. Its convenient, only problem is I cannot move my seat forward due to the 60/40 and the CB being in the way. Damn 2 door! However, I don't move the seat often at all. So it might be alright.

I didn't mount it to the seat, I fabricated a bracket and mounted it to the floor. Seems to work pretty well.

Its hooked up to the battery and he dosent have the antenna wired up yet.
