I'll throw a couple of pics in for good measure. Though my truck has the older TTB suspension. I'm not technically double lifted either, but its close to the same height, I am at 6" of lift over stock, with 33x10.5 tires....so the look will be similar me thinks 
33's will look fine IMHO, but thats coming from a guy who had 4-5" of lift with 31" tires for 3 years
