Umm no nothing rubs goes over speed bumps and everything is very nice about it. The truck handles great. I have a exaust in my garage I am going to do like a lightning style side exhaust. I have been thinking about a roll pan but am not sure yet.

I bought the springs on e-bay, they are 3 inch drop springs made by spring tech around $120, and the rear shackels were from e-bay as well used belltech 4 inch rear drop I think I payed around $100-150 and it wasn't that hard the back was the worst because to bolt up the new bolts there isn't enough room to tighten them so I had to drop the gas tank.
