YES. You can cut the tailpipe off behind the muffler...you have 4 freakin' cats....there's already LOTS of backpressure in front of those. Dumped exhaust is what i've been rockin' for over a year now and MANY MANY people run the same.

ya the truck looks awesome besides the goofy tip but i ran mine dumped for 6 months or soo till i ran it infront of the right rear with a recessed chrome tip looks really good imo

Alright, Ill cut it off right after the muffler. I am going to ask the guy down the street to cut and weld my hitch, he welds for a living.
So the cross member is what the tow hooks attatch to? Can I just spray some black rustoleum in there or does it have to be sanded and prepared? doesnt rustoleum stick to anything? I was thinking about just spraying the exposed part of the frame too.

Or what about that ruberized undercoating spray stuff? If i just sprayed the exposed part of the frame?

^ thats what i did. light sanded my frame and sprayed it with that ruberized undercoating spray, worked well.

what grit sandpaper? I have dirt caked on there from not washing for some time after mudding

you are gonna need to sand those bumper brackets....sand the zinc coating off of them. Paint dont like to stick to 'em I've found, unless you sand 'em. I used bedliner in a can on mine and the crossmember.

I power washed off all my mud, haha. I dont remember what grit paper but any thing thats not to fine, maby 120? as long as you scuff up what is on there and try to get off most the rust. then wash clean and spray.

Looks good higher. Valance looks terrible. You might want to consider dropping down the bumper a little so when you flex your bumper wont push into your fenders
