Fx4wannabe's "Attempt to make Shane's truck kinda cool" Ver. 1.3

In this third installment...

SUPERLIFT TIME!!!

Werd....

Thanks go out to Austin and his dad letting me use his lift, Trevor for all his help, Billy for helpin', and Derek for the screamin' deal on a Superlift!!

Set up is now....4" Superlift, ProComp short AAL in rear otherwise stock, 3" PA bodylift, 35x12.50R15 GoodYear MT/R's on 15x10 ProComp Xtreme Steel Daytona's. Will definately do something about the rear...probably some chevy drop shackles. I ain't down for stackin' blocks.

nice, get some explorer leafs for the rear and put the aal in it.

it looks like your going to need an alignment.

hey it looks good cant wait to see it at the meet. so your not going with the blocks in the back? how much lift in the back will you get with the aal's and chevy drop shackles? I have the blocks on mine but I dont like how the rear sits a little higher than the front.

hey man, Install those Chevy drop shackles. I got those on mine and i love them. That might be a good mod to lift the rear up a tad. Looks great, makes me wanna do a body lift now! :)

By the way, I REALLY HATE how those torsion bars hang down so low. I cant wait to get rid of mine and do the COILOVER mod. You should think about doin it too

PS: How dark is that tint? Im gonna tint my windows this week or next and i want to see what i should tint mine to. Looks good!

Yup! That's my single HATE with the Superlift kit....is those damn torsion bars!! lol....I was actually talking to trevor about doing the coil-overs.....

Does anybody have part numbers for me?? In regards to Chevy drop shackles? Like if i put on a 3" chevy drop shackle, how much lift will I get? 2"? 2.5"?? I'm looking to get about 2" lift.

Thanks!!

Shane
