^well said sir

Everyone can bash me. I don't know everything that's done its not MY truck for petes sake lol

Yes it is a custom built turbo using various parts and a lot of fab time

Yes its a 7.3

The lift is one of a kind. We all spent extra time at work helping him with everything. Even at our cost its was almost 10k

His dad is one of the higher ups at freightliner so he knows diesels in and out( I do not so don't antogonize anything I say that doesn't seem right!!!)

It DOES run a 12.1 1/4 as stated I was in the passenger seat.

A 7.3 with those mods will not make 700HP. Maybe 500 if the tuning is correct. 12.1 on those tires with that lift...Ha Classic

Not to mention the what kind of High Pressure oil pump(s) he has. Must have 375 or 400cc injectors in that...Hope he has a girdle and some good rods. What are his EGTs? Is he running any injectables Like meth/water?

It is actually a 6.0 not a 7.3

Seriously you all are asking things WAY above my head lol. IT'S NOT MY TRUCK lol.
I can try to ask him more technical stuff but I'm not going out of my way just to make the E-haters happy haha. If nothing else he might have a pic of the time slip but I'm sure that would not suffice for you people...

Honestly it scares the crap out of me to ride in it lol.

As for the 40's... we test fitted them and they rub pretty good lol. 15.50's were just a bit too much. So for now he stacked them in his shop until he can fab up a front bumper. Which might be awhile because he finally found a new cab for his yota he rolled and he's dual casing it and building an internal cage haha

You should bug him for some more specs on the truck... lol I'd like to know wut it has to be puttin down those numbers also. I have a buddy with a Cummins that is seriously built to the hilt all aftermarket internals, twins, fuel system, intake, exhaust, tuner, I think the list goes on forever and its on small wheels with drag radials and hes only pullin mid 11's in the 1/4 and thats a fully built drag truck thats not streetable. Blows me away that a lifted street truck is almost that fast!

he said some were it was forged rods, i dont think he would quite need a girdle yet, if he runs compounds yes, but not on a single, even if its 47. and he can probly get away with a single hi-pop, dont usually neen 2 with hybrids( asuming thats what he would be running) with 4" as long as he is straight piped im bettin it doesnet get so hot.

If it's a 7.3, why does it have a 6.0 all chrome badge on the door?? The badge itself says 6.0 on it. lol.

Not trying to start anything....but everything we see about this truck says 05-07 to me. I know exterior grille/bumper/emblem swaps are not out of the norm...look at Rangers. But what is out of the norm is a full front suspension swap.

ok talked to him a bit lol. the 6,0 badges were just to screw with people(don't ask he's not the brightest bulb) he thinks its funny so whatever. i called him retarded no worries. i never noticed it until shane pointed that out haha

here's what i got from him for the most part. once again all of this is well beyond my train of thought haha,,,

girdle,billet rods,coated pistons,hardened pushrods, a decked block, headstuds,
fire rings , milled polished heads, cometic gaskets, high temp valves, valve springs, fluid damper,it does have the b code injectors with the gt-47 turbo(built),headers, spearco intercooler, upgraded oil pump, fuel sytem with a regulated return( he couldn't remember what brand), bigger lines(obviously lol), extra fass(?? didn't follow this haha) pump, boost cooler(again was confused here), built rear end, drive shaft catcher, full bts tranny, and the custom built wildwwod brake system

that's what i got out of the conversation lol. i'm done my head is spinning! he said he probably forgot a few things which with all the crap done to it i have no doubts of that haha.

he said his next "to-do" is running dual turbos and spray. he said he's trying to model it after Mike Ontive...er...something don't remember now lol. he said the guy ran over 1000 hp.

and i asked him how much he's sunk into it and he said he's getting close to 40k total

imo it is just stupid lol. bro'd out for sure but whatever. its his trust fund money i guess

ahhhhh i asked him for a better explanation on the badges...yes they look like the 6.0 all chrome but they actually do say 7.3. got them from that custom emblem place thats been posted on here before i believe. and its an 05 btw with appearance crap from a few different years.

i told him about all this and he did say he was using a meth injection on that run. and yes in 4wd lol. he said he tried a run in 2wd and ran a 13.9 cause the tires spunout so bad

high presure oil pump or pumps, b codes usually come in short school busses and but are only 400cc. b codes are huge, his are damn big. i can see his axle having issues. fast diesels are freakin sweet tho!
