Icon10 Just some recent pics!

Just some pics I took when I had to go for a drive after arguing with the gf for an hour lol... Stopped at Safeway and just thought about crap and decided to take some pics...

I also added something to my toolbox since I couldn't get into the front corners of the bed to tie things down.. Spent $3 at Home Depot and got some Eye Bolts... REALLY STURDY!

Actually, those are with my SD630... I didn't have it in night mode and I turned the flash off to get some cool pics with the HIDs... I'll snap some pics in the day soon, as soon as I freaking get those coils on! I just gotta find someone around me that will tackle it.. I already wasted $50 on a spring compressor cuz I had to torch the bolts that pull the "jaws" together lol

Thanks! But I wouldn't necessarily call driving my front drivers side tire up on the 3in curb much flexing lol

Once again, you have given me an idea for my tool box! I guess I will have to go pick up some Eye Bolts tomorrow.

Although the magnet thing didn't work with my box since it's aluminum. I had forgotten about that part....oh well :)

heres digging up a old thread...but how well do those eye bolts work? i have the same box and dont know how strong the diamond plate really is? im sure its fine for just strapping down bikes or small things like that. maybe throw some nice big washers in behind? hmm...anyone else got this done?

They work well. Many members have also done this. You wouldn't wanna put a lot of torque on them, but they work for hold stuff in place in the bed.
