Icon5 Lets see your extra reverse lights!

I'd like to see some pics of your extra reverse lights. How you mounted them would be great!

I bought the KC backup light kit, and then bought the Fog Light lenses for it as the spots that came with it didn't light up the back that much. On my bumper bracket there happened to be two holes that were on either side of the hitch. Freaking worked great. I think Ford knew people where going to do this. I don't have any pictures of the install, but I think I have some that kinda show them.

If you want, I'll dig out the camera and take some pics tonight after work and toss them up here. Ain't much to it really.

You mount em right to the bottom of the bumper?

Mine are installed in the same place as everybody else, but I have mine wired on a double pole relay so they come on when I shift to reverse and I have a switch in the cab to turn them on.

I would love to have extra reverse lights, but I would want them to be more hidden

You can only hide them so much until they don't light what you need. Kinda give some, take away some sort of deal.

from what I see they only look good on lifted trucks... I would love more light when I back up but on a stock truck??? doesn't look as good imo.

They come in handy in crowded parking lots at night...

No more stupid people walking up behind me when I'm backing out of a parking spot.

Tinted windows don't help reversing at all. Extra reverse lights are a safety thing, not a cosmetic thing

That's the best pics I have of mine. I only have one because the other got broken in a crash. I also mounted it on top of the bumper so it wouldn't get taken out in situations like the top pic where the hitch was dragging on the ground.
