Finally got the F150 tinted this week, then I added some 325/60/18s to it. GoodYear Silent Armor tires. I think it fits the leveling kit well.

If you don't mind me asking, how much was it to tint your windows? That's my next thing to do on the Chevy.

 

73$ cash to tint 15%, cash only because its illegal in Indiana to have less than 35%

Makes me want to get a lvl mine with 33's but no cash right now just had some tools fail on me the week, so I got a new compressor, framing nailer, circular saw and I need another coil nailer also...

 

no the lower percent the darker it is.

only lets in 15% of the light or 35% of the light... etc...

 

looks awesome. just curious. how much clearance do you have b/w the tire and the rear shocks? my dad has the same wheels on his 06 150 fx4 with 285 BFG a/t's and theres not much room there.

 

now thats the kinda f-150 i like, leveled but subtle, looks real nice, i especially like the fact that you used the stock wheels, now if only more people around here had better taste with their 150's...

about an inch, the front is what is really close. 1/4" from the upper balljoint

 

thanks! i wanted some different wheels but now that they are mounted I really like it. looks stock yet, not. i didnt want a really aggressive tire though, i think it would look good with one, but ive got the ranger for aggressive tires.

well thats good. had the same problem on my 150 up front. with 305's on factory fx4 wheels, i couldnt get my pinky b/w tire and upper ball joint. truck looks great man.

no, only problem i had with rubbing was the frame in the front and the steer stop in the rear. just had to remember not to full lock it.

 

i like the tires, are they quiet? i wonder how many miles you'll get out of them
