Thats crazy. I knew we got a lot of rain, but I had no idea some places were flooded like that. Did that guy get hydrolocked or what?

nope but quite a few cars did. if you watch the 2nd video the red ranger sucked in water and wouldnt start but he ended up getting it started some how Lol puffin smoke like no other.
