Medical condition or not. Glucose check, Fasting or not its not gonna cause you to speed and do that much damage without realization... My brother had not eaten all day, his blood sugar got low and he Passed out and hit a light poll. could have been worse but it wasnt.

Thats what happens when you havent eaten and your sugar is low. Not Homicidal behavior.

Fight it... If you have Insurance get your insurance company to get a lawyer and fight the hell out of it.

Thats what happened to me when some lady pulled into my path of travel. Her insurance didnt want to pay and it drug on and on until they finally gave in.

Yea thats bs, if there gonna play the situation like that, then i think you should definitely sue for pain and suffering, go after her for anything you can.
