By the way it's definitely going black on the shell. I'm going to do that first and then throw it on with the bars as-is then decide whether to do them as well!

A bit of an update... I've got the grille on now with the shell painted black! I'm pretty sure I still want the bars painted satun black but I'm going to run it as-is for a while and then when I get bored of it I can change it up!

I was actually thinking the same thing today! Might be worth trying... I think I'll still go all black first to see how it looks then maybe DSG. So many options!

 

I'm also going to finally get some auxiliary lights for it. My fiance is going to photoshop them on for me first... I'd put them on the tabs that are already there but I'd still like to keep the use of my tow hooks. She's also going to do one to see what they'd look like if I cut the tabs off and welded them on the back of the top bar so the lights are almost in front of the grille.
