Not mine, the old man bought a 2010 F150 last night...Crew Cab Lariat 2wd(Boo) I tried to get him to get a 4wd as always, but he refused. As usual he stated "Thats just something that will ***** up and never get used, plus I'll just call you if I need 4wd." This thing makes my 05 feel like junk...lol, but I still love my truck.

09+ are a smooth riding truck thats for sure, it takes getting use to the 6 speed tranny though I know when im towing with my grandpa's 09 F150.

 

Good looking truck. Every time I see a 09+ F150 I like them more and more.

Looked at some at the dealership over the summer. Not bad at all.

As for the looks someone mentioned.

I saw what I think was a stock regular cab in red and 2wd. It had a mean rake to it. Almost as if the rear was too high. Other than being red (personally I would not own a red vehicle) it looked better than any other stock 09+ F150 I have seen.

I am not a fan of the outside styling on the 09+ F150's.. hate the tail gate lip and the it looks like Euro tails.. non the less.. it's a great truck with great guts! Minus the 2wd part, IMO any fullsize truck should come standard with 4x4 these days

 

Very nice looking. Sounds like your dad is like mine. Only buys two wheel drives because it's all he needs.

I'm still not a fan of some parts though. The wood grain is hideous (glad I got an FX4), I hate the lip on the tailgate, and the center of the dash really turns me off. It's cool that it has sync, a usb outlet and everything, but I hate how the stereo is integrated into the panel and the display is on top.

I still haven't driven an 09+ because I'm afraid I will really like it.

I agree, the integrated radio does suck. I dont like the wheels, he wanted the 20's but the dealer had to order them in and pops told them not to worry about it...the 2wd's with 20's have got a nice stance and overall look to them. The woodgrain I have never been a fan of, but the old guys love that **** for some reason.

They are badass and i would love to have one, but i hate how low they are in the front. It's a damn truck! It's gotta beable to clear a curb when parking without botteming out!!!

 

Friend of mines 4.6 3v 6 speed 4x4 crew cab loaded out truck beat up a crew cab 5.7L hemi truck. Said he stomped it lol. They are nice trucks. The only problem is the price tag. You can buy a Saleen for what they want for a Lariat
