hey guys, i am painting my wheels and caps black soon so please show pics of your painted wheels, tips would be helpful too! thanks

i want to, the clear coating is cracked and its time for a change, btw, i didnt ask for your opinion, this is a picture thread, i think this truck looks tight- sarasota's

Here's a tip: don't paint those wheels. your truck looks good as is.

for you guys saying dont paint your wheels, it is pretty much just temporary as i plan on buying new wheels this fall or winter.

i say paint them man. just my opinion, those are some of the worst wheels that were ever on the ranger, but i think painting them will help hide that lol. and make them look a bit better. so just do it!

i say wet sand really good with 600 wipe down with laqure thinner and re-clear. they'll look like new!!

they will look better and i do love a nice aluminum set of rims, but i want to start blacking out my truck- black wheels, toolbox, bed rails, tint, and anyything else i can think of, besides the paint lol, i like black and silver

sweet!! dupont makes a nice flat black set up $140 a quart set up should be enough to do everything and i wont chip as easily.
