Exhaust....check

Had a local exhaust shop do my exhaust last week. When I dropped the truck off I told the guy I wanted it straight piped. Well, he messed up and put on a Flo Pro Super V muffler. He told me to go out and listen to it before I make up my mind...well, I loved the sound as soon as I started it up. Overall, i'm very impressed with it.

Single in, dual out, I believe 2.5 inch pipe into two 4 inch chrome tips out the back.

I took a vid, but it doesn't sound very good. It was sort of windy, and I got the camera too close. The only part that sounds good is the initial start up and idle. Deep almost like a V8. I'll try to get it uploaded and posted today.

I would have 45 them incase you get a hitch. Looks good but why not stainless tips?

I didn't get stainless because I like the shiny, chrome look. I'm pretty good at keeping them in shape and shined up. If in a few years they start to look crummy, i'll replace them. Not that expensive to do.

My Bronco has its dual pipes at a 45 degree angle behind the rear tires, and the chrome tips show it. They get really beat up being right behind the tires...they take a lot of abuse. I might get a hitch in the future, but it won't be for awhile. I have no use for it. And it would have to be a modified hitch considering i'm BLed. I can't stand when the hitch hangs low in a stock position.

Damn vid won't upload to photobucket for some reason...

No noticeable (to me at least) drone in the cab at highway speeds. There might be a bit more drone then stock at 3k RPM's and up, but nothing too bad. It really sounds great. Pretty loud when accelerating but quiet while cruising.

Looks and sounds awesome!!

I have a DI/DO Flo Pro on my F150 and love it. I think it sounds better than the Flowmaster 40s that were on it. I have no drone and it just sounds awesome
