glad your okay man, i went thru the same thing with a car i was attached too. But as soon as i got the truck i forgot about that car and focused on the truck. focus on healing up b4 you think about getting a new truck.

sully unfortunately, its not that easy and the cost of filing in court and getting an attorney is a pain in the *** not to mention expensive, not that im not encouraging it. but his insurance should take care of everything if he had full coverage.

 

Dang the truck took a beating...But like Chris said it did its job keeping you alive and thats the main thing. Glad your alright Josh. Take your time healing like said above, you def. don't want to rush that kind of injury. when the time comes to look for another truck lmk I'll keep a look out up here for ya.

yeah i'm happy that ford engineered the truck to save you, good thing you have a truck and not a smart car though, yeah i know what you mean with people with no insurance, i hear about accidents a lot in the paper where the one person didn't have insurance, usually mexicas though, we have a lot of illegals that work on the apple orchards around were i live and its almost always them, hope everything works out for you, good luck to ya

Its good to see you walked away from the carnage. At the end of the day, that is what is most important.

However, seeing that this is a public forum, outside veiwers can see you posts.

As a victim of an accident myself, I HIGHLY advise, you asking the mods to delete your threads regarding this accident. Lawsuits have hinged on what has been said online. Last thing you want, is more problems, especially those involving litigation.

Dont think for a moment that the other person, cant or wont find you on this forum.

From here on out, you should direct all questions to PMs and to not directly answer questions regarding this accident, regardless of who's fault the police, insurance and others have said. Most states, give 3 years from the date of the accident to file suit.

If you find out you are being sued, dont depend on your insurance company to protect you. Hire your own personal defense attorney.
