put it to work!!

loaded up with a trailer and bed full of concrete





and after, enjoying a savory meal, all unloaded



pulled it like a champ. i think it was around 3-4k lbs in the trailer and bed combined. lol

Nice work. Did the truck pull it all fine? Did you notice it lagging around?

I'm interestd in seeing pics of your hitch setup with the rollpan. Do you have a BL?

I do have a BL. the hitch has been cut and raised. with a stock bumper it sat just below it. and it sucked back a bit when it was cut and rewelded. sits almost flush with the bottom of the roll pan.

it wasn't terrible. i definitely knew i had something behind me though. lol

braking was a bit sketchy. but i only drove halfway across town on surface streets to the dump. it was pretty early so traffic was light.

yeah i do. lol still using the one i used when the truck was stock. lol although it ended up just about perfect when all loaded down

still on stock rotors, although that will change next time i change pads

and im on hawk LTS pads

cool. I have a rollpan and BL too and just bit the bullet and ordered the Street Scene hidden hitch, that will not be hidden on my truck. It should sit exactly like yours right out of the box

yeah it definitely should. that was the hitch i almost bought but then i found someone who could cut and reweld my current hitch. so it saved me a few hundred bucks. lol

its a good thing you didnt try to get the SS hitch. You still might not have it. Mines on backorder, they said it would be 3 weeks, its been 3 weeks, and I just found out today it's going to be another month. I'm PISSED OFF.
