also a question.. whats the best way to seal these back up? there isn't much of the original glue left so i'd rather add something else to have them stick better. silicone?

Get you some sealant, but first make sure to remove all the old glue. Then put a good bead on it. Seal it up. Then go back around it on the outside with sealant to make sure you get no leaks.

Projector Shrouds from The Retrofit Source LLC

They sell a decent amount there, something from them might work for you

Indeed Korey's link is full of awesome. Korey and his import ricer mind really comes through when it's needed!! lol.

I've always wanted to do a real retrofit...using another cars projo and hid system. Using a shroud and leaving what's normally a reflector and chrome, chrome. I want the illusion of a normal modded headlight, but with projo's. Even considered a trip to the machine shop with some aluminum if I couldn't find anything I liked in the aftermarket.

ANYWHO.... I win!

And of course.... here's the build thread: HOW TO: '01+ Projector Mod w/ HIDs - Ranger Power Sports Forum

What projectors did you use? I really want to do a mod like this sometime in the future. Do you have Hi/lo?

Anyway it looks awesome.
