Selling the ranger but just got this 98 vw gti vr6 today awesome little car. decided to get a car cause of gas mileage and needed something different. only 103k miles on it full leather interior power everything. i know its not a ford blah blah but this car is pretty sick definitely got plans for this thing

i plan on lowering it and some rims later on. gonna be a big adjustment going from high to low but this car is gonna suit me good for now.

 

Oh no. Now Taylor has some competition. I really like vdubs tho. They are cool little cars.

 

get some ecodes for headlights. those are hideous. I'm not a big fan of mark 3's unless they're jettas but this is a pretty good looking start and anything looks way better once lowered!

I dont want REAL low. My yard...my cars would get REAL destroyed lol.

As you can already see the spots of dead grass in my yard from gasoline.

 

haha i plan on doing this car right. i might get some H&R springs for free from a guy on vwvortex forums which will be awesome. i'm gonna eventually get better headlights and a badgeless grill for sure. gonna go euro on this car haha. it needs an exhaust though i hate quiet vehicles lol

 

Looks like a nice start. I agree with it needing to be lowered.

 

i might get my hands on some H&R lowering springs for free from a guy and if i do she will be on her way to being lower. I need to get some new headlight housings though they put these cheap plastic ones that are already cracking

Ive bought stuff from vortex for a steal. One guy in CA was parting out a project car he was working on. He sold me some nice stuff for dirt cheap. (I know, cool story bro.)

 

yea i check that once in a while. I need to find some stock headlights or some ecodes but they are expensive cause i have the dual bulb not single.
