The point of a wristed arm is so you get the benefit of long arms without the clearance loss. This is how i will stay for now.
Ive never seen it. The ones on my old Chevy, you had to push them in a bit then turn them. But it takes a bit to turn them as it is.
looks good man! now cut them fenders!
my warns that take a full complete turn did unlock once, caught it on a rock and it spun it back to free. doesnt happen often though...

Trimmed the front a lot today. Folded it back nice and everything but I'm just not a fan of no flares on this gen. I'm gonna paint it tomorrow as the paint chipped while bending it and I sanded it. Any tips on flares that could work and not look ridic? I wont use garden fence or bushwackers. Rear I just took a little off the back corner because its setup for 90% droop rather than uptravel.

Made this temporary shock setup to get me through winter. Limits flex but will be all redone when I get my fox shocks in the spring. Came out nice though for a temporary fix. Theyre suburban shocks and ride STIFF

Heres the tranny x member I built. All 1/4" or 1/4" wall. Ties both radius arm brackets together as well to keep them stiff and prevent the frame from bending. Not the prettiest but it works and is way better than the flimsy stock one.

nice! good luck with those axle shafts haha
and I never had a warn "unlock" but i grenaded the internals of one once. it worked as far i knew until i got home, went to pull the axle apart to clean it up and bam, tons of metal from the exploded Warn inside my hub :(

Shocks max before trac bar hits x member
Your ABS is on the wheels dude, not the speed sensor. On earlier models there is a speed sensor in the tail housing of either the Trans (2WD) or t-case (4WD), Later models use the tone ring in the rear axle housing to send a signal to the speedometer.
Na gotta remember this is a 96. Actually took the whole ABS box out and just plumbed the lines straight off the master cyl to front and rear. Speedo not effected.
