Then don't do it, but don't hate on others because they use the off road package on their trucks.

I had a plow on a jeep 37 years ago..hahahaha....waaaay before most of you dumb kids were even born. Getting stuck in the snow was something that happened while we were doing our job. Getting stuck was not something we looked forward to, or tried to do on purpose.

Flexing a truck just for the hell of it, is just plain dumb.

I think you're dumb. my truck gets flexed out on an almost daily basis, i off road 2-3 times a week, AND my truck is my daily driver. i guess its totaled though according to your retarded babbling about frame twisting and worthlessness. just because we HAVE offroad packages and 4 wheel drive doesnt mean you have to hate us... just keep pouring water on you cute little 2wd 4banger truck and maybe.. maybe one day it'll grow up to be like ours. until then... i reckon you'll be pavement pounding in the wal-mart parking lot.

OP, NICE PICS.

Because I thought this was a forum for Ranger enthusiasts, no where does it say that this is an off roading forum....maybe they should change the name ??

There's a lot to be said for keeping a Ranger stock.

its not about one thing in general, its about all of them. whether you keep it stock, lift it, or lower it. we are all here for the fact that we enjoy one main thing....our rangers. just because you believe something different doesnt mean you have to preach it to everyone else. alot of peoples truck are built to take such a beating. if you choose to keep yours stock then so be it. just lay off the ridicule of those who choose to modify theirs...

on a lighter note...i think i just ruined two trucks....

I'm all for modifications. What you do to your truck is your business and what I do with my truck is my business. If you want to ding up your truck, go ahead, I'm not gonna stop you. I'll keep my in as good as condition as I can.

Biggest problem with internet forums is all the garbage people post up. For all the good info there is just as much bad info. This falls into the bad category.

Can you honestly tell us that engineers do not design frames to flex and withstand what trucks go through? Should sports cars not be taken around corners a little faster? Will that harm their suspension? Should we not tow...oh wait, trucks are designed for towing. Should I not use my 4wd as it puts stress on the front axle?

I don't know what's worse, this nonsense about hurting a frame/suspension or the fact that I'm wasting my time on this reply....I'll even give myself this

This forum is for people who mod there trucks..why join a forum if your not goin to mod your truck..are you here to figure out how to change your oil? I did not put a $1500 superlift on my truck to make it over the speed bumps at the mall. I put it on to be able to go more places than a stock ranger, also to be able to flex like this...

get you some

We don't try to get it stuck on purpose but we know that its something that can happen and if it does there's always someone we know with a bigger better truck than ours that will push there's to the limit to help a fellow off-roader out and if it means breaking there truck in the process then we go buy some beer and fix it its a vicious cycle. LIFT YOUR TRUCK AND GET THE F OVER IT. maybe we're dumb for doing it but we have a lot more fun than staying in the Concrete Jungle babying our trucks that blood sweat and tears go into to get it to where it is
