Oh, its as easy as cutting around teh bolt and pulling teh bed liner off of it. Yes, I sure wish they removed the bolts back when it was done.. but sadly I cant turn back time :-( hehe

I'll jsut be grabbing a serrated edge knife.. probably my leatherman, and sawing away at the base fo the bolt until i can get it out.. and when I have to put the new bolts in with washer, jsut put the washer right over the bedliner part I didnt cut.. help it keep sealed.

So, heres the scoop.. I'll get you some pictures soon as I can get soem stuff finished up..

When I last went to Les Schwab to get tires roated and some standard service stuff I had with my warranty, they managed to pretty much fubar my tires lug nuts, they are torqued so far that I just broke a craftsman 3/4" socket and twisted my tire iron all to hell. Grr.. other then that, the rig is all done, runs perfect... Still need to get my bumpers done, but again, my front tow hooks have been coated with some sort of epoxy and I havent been able to get those taken off.. so its been rather frustrating lately. *sigh* But yeah, just a long day I suppose. Going to call up Nappa and see if they can un-torque my lugnuts so I can at least switch my tires around.

Looks good, it'll look better once you get the new wheels and tires on. That sucks about them being torqued down to 1000ft/lbs. Haha, you'll have this tho.

Hey, kinda off topic but what did you paint your flares with? I've been wanting to paint mine but I'm afraid of it chipping off and looking like crap. Yours look pretty good though.

took em off, sanded them down real well, got rid of any burrs.. then 1 coat of black primer, let it sit for a bit.. 3 coats fo flat black krylon fusion.. let it sit for an hour between each coat.. then 3 coats Matte Finish clearcoat krylon fusion, let each coat sit for an hour.. then put them up in a dry shop for a week.. tossed em on, adn they havent marred or scratched since Ive had em on :-)

Search up "painting fender flares' or somethign liek that and you can find my project log on it.

So... guys.. I fell in love today

P.S. Stay tuned for the pictures, I'm heading out to grab a bite to eat... will post up a whole bunch of photo's on the whole build and such too

By the way.. as an official review on Dick Cepek Radial Mud Terrains...

I went 'EVERYWHERE' in 2wd that I used to go in 4 and never got stuck a single time... the -only- reason I put it in 4 was to get some mud slung back to give it a 'splatter' effect... so yes, they perform fantastic on-road.. no hum at any speed up to 60, havent gone past that yet... and only have about 5 miles on them roughly now. I even tried some low speed crawling over some nasty clay and rock hills, it spun a little bit, but all I had to do was give it more gas and it scooted right forward. These things are awesome
