Square Peg, Round Hole (Fog Light Conversion)

Since I have a history of ripping off my valance, I decided to switch to the cheaper and older 01-03 valance. Problem was, I didnt want to pay the $70 for the round style of fogs, so I set about fitting my square fogs into the round holes.

Its a plastic like plexiglass, but much stronger and more flexible. The blue was the protectant film.

If I can come across some Lexan, I will use the laser CNC to cut myself some new ones. Im afraid that when it gets cold this winter that plastic will get very brittle. The nice thing is, now I have a template.

I would have to have done the same thing with the wal=mart lights. Those holes are around 5" in diameter, Also I already had the square ones..
