The volvo, my bank sold. I had to sell cause i was laid off, couldnt afford payments. Didnt go on my credit......

Well heres the dilema. I made an extension, it worked rubbed a little bit on the bezel. Cant trim the piece it rubs because the boot wotn be able to snap in..

ALso, now it wont come outa 4wd? Well let me rephrase that, the front driveshaft is spinning and the 4wd is not engaged, at least not on the cluster...I need to make the extension about 3/4" smaller. It almost is touching the dash.....So anyways any help would be great SHANE!!

hahaha...you still got my pic? I told you I had trimming of the bezel piece...namely towards the front. I still don't have pics of the trimmed bezel...I trimmed where I needed to. lol. I went and measured my extention...it's either 2.5" up or 2.75" up. Forgot already. lol. The arm mount moved that much, so it's either 2.5 or 2.75 between the old hole to the new hole...the extention itself is ?? long. I also pitched the extention towards the rear as seen in the pic I showed you.

If all else fails, I could get out there and snap a pic of my already chewed up bezel that I chewed up even more. lol. And I could just make you an extention just like mine if needed.

Speaking of tcase shifters.....would you mind taking a pic of the bottom of your shifter arm? Uninstalled, off the truck.??

And on 00ish+ Rangers, they have live axles.....so yes, the shaft spins and the diff spins all the time. And no, you are not in 4wd all the time. It's all residual from the spinning of the CV's.

so the front driveshaft ALWAYS spins?
I made another shifter arm, the one i had on was too long. This one is perfect.
I'll take a pic of the shifter arm for you, it might be today or tomm before i get a pic on the web for you though.

Ill also take a pic of what it all looks like okay. Im gonna go trim my bezel some more. I think im gonna glue the boot down, so itll fit better.....Anyways man thanks a lot
