SEM is how its done, i wouldnt trust rustoleum or duplicolor interior paints b/c that stuff exists haha

It's not bad. Just unplug the restraints module under the cup holders on the tunnel. Once you do that you can unplug the air bag through the glove box hole. Then there are 2-4 8mm bolts from the bottom holding it in. I've unplugged my air bags a hundred times from just the air bag plug. I only once un plugged the restraints module. Its easy to remove and ive never had one fire off.

 

yeah SEM is unreal, and its not that much more. It holds up so well too. Once I wipe all the metal grindings off my dash it will look like brand new.

The paint you should've used. By the way the mod is "Barrmans" interior painting mod. Go look it up on RPS if they still have a (pictureless) thread. He also posted it on here or "lifted97ranger" might've made a mod thread on thsi forum.
