Haven't started yet. Need to pick up some odds and ends. Im going to valve cover gaskets at the same time. Since they are leaking more than i thought.

Should be done with pics some time Friday. If all goes well.

What a fun install. Had a real hard time with the studs untill i got a tool for the job. Some truck have E-torx studs which are on the easier side to get out. I was not that lucky and end up needing a stud puller. Which I got at the china tool palace, aka Harbor Freight. i would have went qualtiy route if i had the time. With a un driveable truck my hand was forced. Oh well.

After that speed bump the pass side went very easy. With no issues at all.

Now the drivers side. I had to notch the flange and use a BFH to get the bolts into place. The bolt I had to nudge isnt seating properly and i have very annoying tick which i need to address. This was rather pain in the butt time consuming project. Mostly becuase i choose to use stage 8 locking hardware. The JBA stuff must be different. I got these second hand so i didn't have any hardware.

Here are the pics. I took a few more than this but they really didn't focus well.

How did you get into that small area? when I look under there on my truck and I can barely get my arm up there let alone tools with it.

looks awesome though. Good job.

I love my headers, except for the slight ticking.

You pull the inner fender skirt/plastic out. There is plenty of room, even if it looks tight.

I have only back it out of the garage and then back in, so i could clean up the floor. It does have loud tick. Im going to address that to day.

From what little i drove it, i must say it sounds louder. From under the hood at least. I cant really hear a difference thought the exhaust.
