Went wheelin in a private swamp. And got stuck

I tried to make it through this swamp that my friend gets stuck in his bronco with 39in swampers. I went a little left of his ruts and was framed out within 10 yards. Had to get winched out. I need 35s bad.

so your friend..with a bronco.. on 39's...did NOT make it through? and you thought you could with something smaller than 35's?

this reminds me of something...

"why make trillions when could make.....billions!"

Heres the bronc on 39s. Only difference is now he has the winch mounted and was runnin 35s in the first pic. Had some breakage in the swamp so he was runnin 35s for a while. And who cares that he cant make it thats not enough reason for me not to try. Why bother to lift my truck if I'm not gonna wheel it?

With mud tires you may have made it another 5 yards before gumming them all up also. The swamp is a nasty place for anything but boggers or tractor tires.

I woudn't go near that with anything lower than a M/T.. a/t's aren't goona get you through anything like that, especially when you are crawling at LOW speeds through gumbo..

That looks like some good mud.

Who cares if someone bigger than you got stuck. As long as someone is there to pull you out and your having a good time then whats it matter?

I think if you would have had mud tires you could have went further than him. I've gone farther the a burban on 38" swampers. your little SUV is way lighter than that tank. but yay for trying. lol
