1997 ranger 2.3l misfire and now won't start

I have a 1997 ford ranger 2.3l and the thing ran great for a while. Then one day I decided to change the spark plugs for regular maintenance because they hadn't been changed in like 100000 mi. It ran fine after that like it normally did for like a week but then it started to misfire and idle rough so I got the codes checked at autozone and these codes poped up p0171- system too lean, p1443- evaporative emission system control valve (low/no flow), p0141- o2 heater circuit (bank 1, sensor 2), p0135- o2 heater circuit (bank 1, sensor 1), p0301- cylinder 1 misfire and p0303- cylinder 3 misfire. So I replaced my spark plug wires, my coil packs, my o2 sensors and I checked for vacuum leaks and did not find any and I also replaced any vacuum hoses that looked bad. None of this fixed the misfire issue so I just kept driving it as is for a couple days after that until it got worse. Then I checked my engine compression and the cylinders read 1- 60psi 2- 45psi 3- 0psi 4-0psi then I put oil down the cylinders and cylinder 1 jumpped to 180psi and cylinder 2 jumped to 90psi and the other two stayed at zero. This vehicle never burned oil and still dosent and seemed to run fine that's why the low compression confused me. When I took the new plugs that I put in out to do the compression test I noticed that cylinder three spark plug was smashed the electrode was broken off. I have no idea how this could have happened. So I put another new plug in and then reconnected everything and then it ran again for a bit but really rough and then it killed and now it won't even start. Please help what do you think this is? Hole in a piston? Bad values? Also do I need to replace the ignition control module in addition to engine work? I'm just confused as to how this truck could run so good and then I changed the plugs and now it won't even start

Welcome to the forum

Just to take it off the table.................check if the timing belt is working, look behind the cover and see if Cam gear has the belt on it and that its turning when cranking engine

Your symptoms read like the belt slipped, and then broke
