Anyone know where to order this part. It is the valve on top of the fuel tank. Tried to order from Ford.com but order was rejected as they stated it was no longer made. It is the reason the truck failed the emission pressure test. I have a Ford part number of 9B593.

 

Did you ever find a replacement part? I need the same part for my '96 ranger. I haven't found one.

 

The original has been obsoleted by Ford.
FordPartsGiant.com had one that is close enough. Had to trim it with a grinder to fit in the gromet Used adhesive/sealer to seal it up. Here is that part number F67Z-9B593-CA Hers is a link to the break out.

to bad u guys arent close , im parting out my lil 94 2wd ranger xl, it prob has wat u need

 

Ordered the the valve for a 98(CA) and shaved down with gringer to fit it in the groumet. Used High temp (red) gasket sealer to seal it up. Finally passed emissions pressure test. Be sure to check the tank itself for leaks.
