96 2.3l Ranger, started missing and pinging on the highway, running real rough and I had to keep it revved up to get it home. Then it quit and wouldn't start. Code reader said crank sensor. Replaced crank sensor, ran rough idling in the garage. Too rough to drive....
Any ideas what to try next???

what kind of tools scanner and computer wise do you have?
