noticed my battery light came on today then went off, got home and shut truck down, waited few mins and then started up again and light stayed on....then went off after another restart. is this light just a voltage light? if charging voltage is lost, the light illuminates? also is there any way the starting system could intertwine with this issue? i'm figuring it's just a bad alternator, but figured i'd post on here for any input.
