i have a 98 2.5ltr and when its in the 50s it runs fine but as soon as it gets below freezing or in the 70s it runs like crap. the fuel pressure is 30 and when you first crank it up it idles around two until it warms up and then drops in between 500 and 1k. while driving it up a hill it cuts back untile you let off of the gas a bit and then it picks back up. when you come to a stop it starts acting like it wants to cut off.

have you tried replacing the fuel filter?
Have you done any maintenance on it at all?
Not sure of the codes....i don't want to look them up, lul....

 

codes say lean. Most likely due to vacuum leak.
